ANTOFAGASTA, Chile -- Lt Gen Glenn Spears, 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern) commander, hands a commander´s coin to Chilean Air Force Lt. Col. Herman Olave, an Air Operations Center specialist participating in exercise SALITRE. The commander visited the exercise site here with a delegation of senior staff representing the five participating nations--Chile, Argentina, France, Brazil and the United States--and had the opportunity to recognize outstanding performers working in the exercise during his visit.
