Gunfighter Flag launches despite wet weather.
Senior Airman Ben Failer, 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft armament systems technician, checks the underside of an F-15E Strike Eagle during a recovery March 10, 2014, at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. Despite the wet and soggy conditions, Airmen ensured aircraft were able to fly and support the combat exercise Gunighter Flag. Gunfighter Flag will continue thru March 14 and is an excellent opportunity to prepare multiple joint and coalition terminal attack controller teams for upcoming deployments as well as provide proficiency training for air and ground crews.
