Air Traffic Controllers
U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Charles Simper, an Air Traffic Control Watch Supervisor assigned to the 612th Air Base Squadron, Joint Task Force Bravo, directs air traffic from the control tower at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Dec. 19, 2013.
