U.S. Army 1st Lt. Perry Morgan, 94th Combat Support Hospital company commander, welcomes the 94th to Soto Cano Air Base as they begin their mission as Joint Task Force-Bravo’s Medical Element during the MEDEL Transfer of Authority Ceremony on Soto Cano AB, Honduras, Oct. 31, 2014. Over the past two weeks the 228th CSH prepared the 94th CSH to take over their U.S. Southern Command mission. The JTF-B MEDEL is the only forward deployed medical asset with and enduring presence within SOUTHCOM.
