U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 167th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron from McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, West Virginia, demonstrate a litter carry for a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course with Peruvian and Brazilian armed forces as part of exercise Resolute Sentinel 2024 at Las Palmas Air Base in Lima, Peru, June 4, 2024. The TCCC course included a series of comprehensive modules, covering battlefield medicine, trauma care and evacuation procedures. The Resolute Sentinel exercise honors the U.S. promise to be a trusted partner in the region by increasing collaboration, enhancing interoperability, and building partner nation capacity so that partners can quickly work together when support is needed.
