The 759th FRSD (ABN) is one of three Airborne surgical teams in the U.S. Army. The unit was originally activated in 1945 and has a rich history of deployment in support of Vietnam War, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom Sentinel.
