System of Cooperation Among the American Air Forces (SICOFAA) ceremonial bell sits on the table during the 65th Conference of the American Air Chiefs (CONJEFAMER) meeting in Asuncion, Paraguay, June 18, 2025. SICOFAA began as a meeting of officers from 13 different countries in 1961 with the goal of strengthening the bond between the Air Forces in the Western Hemisphere. It has since grown to include XX countries. The passing of the bell stands as a long-standing tradition in SICOFAA’s CONJEFAMER and embodies the unity and shared mission among Western Hemisphere air forces.
